Hey Sugarplum! I'm Kristi Fry, and I am the creator of Naked Pineapple. For over 20 years, I’ve been on a journey to help people embrace their natural beauty. It’s a passion rooted in childhood, where my earliest memories involve bringing warmth and light into people’s lives through beauty tips, hair styling, and makeup. By 18, I’d become a licensed master esthetician, fully immersed in the world of skincare. From working seven days a week in spas to building deep, meaningful connections with clients, I learned that beauty isn’t just skin-deep—it’s an affirmation of self-worth, self-care, and self-love.
Fueling the Dream
When I met my husband, Ryan, he only fueled my ambition further. His entrepreneurial spirit helped me dream even bigger, to envision creating something that could reach more people and inspire self-confidence on a larger scale. Our journey took us to Hawaii, a place filled with incredible energy and a touch of magic. It was there that “pineapple” became our code word, a loving reminder to reconnect when life felt overwhelming. In a serendipitous twist, I discovered that pineapple itself—a symbol of hospitality and warmth—holds amazing skincare benefits. Rich in natural enzymes, it’s a powerhouse for skin health, promoting cellular renewal, anti-inflammatory effects, and a beautiful, natural glow.

And so, Naked Pineapple was born: a skincare line built on the purest love for self-care, inspired by our “naked truths.” It’s a line that celebrates confidence in bare, natural skin—our most honest selves. As I was reading It Ends with Us, the idea of "naked truths" struck me as the perfect message for a skincare brand. Just like my journey, Naked Pineapple has been crafted from scratch: I drew the logo on a napkin, and each product has been meticulously formulated with ingredients designed to bring radiance and care to all who use them.

My children have been part of every step in the creation of this brand, and Naked Pineapple is as much a reflection of my heart as it is a gift to others.
